3 LAYER CONSTRUCTION Designed to perform under extreme conditions, 3LC Technology has greatly improved the reliability of wet weather clothing. This technology has three key elements: A durable outer fabric to provide strength and abrasion resistance. A low-loft synthetic lining for maximum wearer comfort. A breathable waterproof membrane, which is attached to both fabrics.
